Making salad better means being creative . . .

Ohm or Yum !
Buddha Bowls are healthy, heavingly and incredibly easy to make.
Since our eyes eat first, make your next salad a masterpiece for your stomach.

D R E S S I N G   O N E :
1/4 cup tahini paste
2 Tbsps lemon juice
2 Tbsps maple syrup
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1/3 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
D R E S S I N G   T W O :
1/2 cup tahini paste
2 Tbsps lime juice and zest of lime
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 tsps hot sauce
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 large garlic crushed
1 inch grated ginger
1/2-1/3 water

D R E S S I N G   T H R E E :
1/2 cup tahini paste
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 lemon
1 tsp oregano
Salt & pepper
add water as required

D R E S S I N G   F O U R :
1/4 cup peanut butter
3 Tbsps rice vinegar
2 Tbsps soy sauce
2 Tbsps honey
2 Tbsps lime juice (1 lime)
1 Tbsp minced ginger
2 garlic cloves minced
1/4 Tbsps red chili flakes
Salt & pepper
Add water if required, chopped peanuts
Add 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil (optional)

D R E S S I N G   F I V E :
1/2 large avocado
1/4 c. plain Greek yoghurt
1/4 c. buttermilk (or water)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
1 Tbsp chopped chives
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 - 1/2 tsp salt, to taste
